About HiTrap™ column format

HiTrap™ columns are manufactured from biocompatible polypropylene that does not interact with biomolecules. The column formats are well-suited for preparative purifications as well as for screening and optimization of purification conditions when developing a new method.

When needed, two columns can easily be connected in series to increase the bed height.

Capto™ Octyl – a high-flow and high-capacity HIC resin

Capto™ Octyl hydrophobic interaction chromatography resin has an octyl ligand for the capture and intermediate purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), mAb variants, and other biomolecules. It combines high capacity, narrow specification range, high flow rate, and low backpressure to meet the demands of large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
