Restriction digests of ɸ-X174 bacteriophage DNA by Hae III for use as a DNA molecular sizing marker.
- DNA fragment sizes from 72 to 1358 bp to support a narrow, but well-defined size range.
The amount of DNA in each band can be determined by dividing the size (bp) of the band in question by the size (bp) of the uncut DNA molecule and multiplying this number by the total ug of DNA marker loaded on the gel.
