Cytiva has designed specific manifolds to facilitate key iCELLis 500+ bioreactor operations, like inoculation and transfection. Manifolds use either Kleenpak Presto sterile connectors or welding using AdvantaFlex tubing. There are two different manifold kits available based on the desired recirculation/perfusion rates (High Flow/Low Flow). The choice between High and Low Flow depends on the process.
