About PreDictor™ plates for high-throughput process development

PreDictor™ plates are single-use, 96-well filter plates for parallel screening of resins and chromatographic conditions.

Data generated using PreDictor™ plates show good correlation with data from chromatography columns, making the plates an excellent tool for initial screening. The plates can be used with a robotic system or operated manually with a multichannel pipet (using vacuum or centrifugation).

Capto™ Butyl ImpRes – a high-resolution HIC resin

Capto™ Butyl ImpRes HIC resin has a butyl ligand for intermediate and polishing steps in a downstream purification process for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), mAb variants, and other biomolecules. It delivers high resolution while maintaining excellent pressure-flow properties, achieved by combining the high-flow characteristics of Capto™ resin with a small particle size.
